Galvanised lines rust closed from the inside, so the pressure drops year by year until two fixtures cannot run at once. Patching one section moves the problem along the line rather than fixing it.
A whole house repipe in PEX is usually two to three days and far less destructive than people expect. We open the minimum, and we patch and texture the drywall back rather than leaving you holding a list of other trades to hire.
